This is Emtec “Chrome Super” tape in half transparent cassettes.  Five screws and magnetic/RFI shielding for the heads. Easy tape transport with low noise even in fast wind mode.  £4.50 each

NAB adaptors, why use ours?   If you grew up using simple NAB adaptors, like those supplied with so many decks including the Technics RS-1500  you may think that to change reels you have to remove BOTH the reel and the NAB adaptor! 

ALL of our adaptors stay firmly fixed to the spindle of your tape recorder.  You simply rotate the grip and the reel comes off the NAB adaptor, which itself stays firmly where it is.  You put on a new spool and rotate the grip to fix the reel.  This makes changing spool so much easier!  Oh, and you don't need those elusive spacers on the RS-1500 either!

RMG reel to reel tapes

RMGI reel to reel tapes are manufactured exactly with the same formulations and raw materials for their magnetic coatings as in Emtec's production process (Munich plant). This means that the recording characteristics will not be different compared to the related Emtec products.  Consequently: No need to re-align your recording equipment!  This is brand new tape, and not new-old stock that you will find ex-studios all over the net.  You may find it cheaper, but you won't find it fresher!  These are 2010 prices, new tape, new price.
